"As Dana and I are wandering about packing for our trip, I just needed to take just a minute to thank you so much for yesterday. I think I had mentioned to you before just how important the "party" element of the day was for me and Marquee did not disappoint. Dana and I (and every single solitary guest I spoke to) had a wonderful time and I would say that almost all of them called out Marquee as a fabulous band - I am pretty sure some folks (very young to very old) did not sit down the entire evening. Clearly, you all have done this before!!

Thank you for your patience with my relatively prescriptive play list and for not playing Ragdoll despite requests from my bridesmaids to do it (I knew they would try to get it anyway). Dana and I could hear the laughter from outside as the Monday Night Football theme started playing. What you don't know is that I was also laughing - HYSTERICALLY - because I had completely forgotten this request. I got so caught up in the details that just moments before when my Matron of Honor asked, I told her I didn't know what we were walking in to. I, of course, like to think that this one tune set the tone for the whole evening!

So again as I return to packing, THANK YOU to you and the whole band. As I told my event planner sister-in-law, you were wonderful to work with before and during the wedding and if I were to get married again tomorrow, you would be the first band I chose!!!"
